Abinbev’s roots stretch well back over 600 years. As far back as the XIII Century, Belgian monks were brewing the beers that would become, centuries later, Leffe and Hoegaarden. During the XX Century, those beers formed the basis of Interbrew.
Now, the company is a global business operating from more than 50 countries, and with more than 175,000 employees globally. Having eight of the top ten global beer brands, Abinbev is the number one craft beer brewer in the world.
